We are an all-volunteer organization dedicated to rehabilitate the injured, old, deaf, orphaned and neglected animals in and around the Western Cape.

What We Do
Roscan Sanctum provides Care for the following
- The old, blind, deaf, abandoned and sick
- The ones with issues who will never find a forever home
- Almost any domestic / farm animal
- Adoption cases; after rehabilitation
We Have Recently Started Roscan Sanctum for humans
We teach them
- carpentry skills (the residents produce hand crafted furniture)
- animal husbandry (the farm has pigs, geese, ducks, chickens, turkeys, and dogs)
- farming skills (they plant their own crops)
- interpersonal relationship skills
Roscan Sanctum started taking in humans in 2017. Now, they are a haven for between 14 and 20 adults and 150 animals. To continue to support the community and the surrounding areas of Cape Town, they need to increase infrastructure to provide improved living conditions and increased housing. The current system capacity is exceedingly small. They would like to expand it, to support and grow the facility which will enable them to accommodate more people and animals. Most specifically the water and irrigation and upgrading the solar system are critical. They currently help the community with skills development and upliftment programs by teaching them:
